Pan Am Environmental needed a massive upgrade to their original website, including making it more modern looking and mobile friendly. They also needed some custom work done to the header and elsewhere on the site. Normally for custom jobs, we would use a Bootstrap framework, but in this case went ahead and used WordPress for all of the convenient features, and instead did the customization through WordPress filters. The result was exactly what the customer wanted.
